Leonardo Ramírez (Venezuela 1987) is a freelance photographer based in Caracas. He currently works as a stringer photographer for the Agence France Presse and collaborates with differents NGO’s. He won 3rd place at the Picture of the Year LatinAmerica with his project “Los Anegados”. He was awarded second place at the Alzheimer’s Disease International Photography Competition with his personal project about Alzheimer’s Disease and has been selected for the 2010 PhotoEspaña Portfolio Review.
